Job description:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Art Teacher to join our team and inspire students of all age groups—from kids to adults—in the world of visual arts. The ideal candidate will have strong artistic skills, teaching experience, and the ability to guide learners across various art forms like drawing, sketching, painting, craft, and mixed media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and age-appropriate art classes in drawing, painting, and craft.
- Develop structured lesson plans for different age levels and skill stages (beginner to advanced).
- Introduce students to various mediums such as watercolors, acrylics, pencil sketching, charcoal, and more.
- Foster creativity and self-expression through hands-on art projects.
- Organize student art exhibitions, competitions, and display work within the academy.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and inspiring classroom environment.
- Encourage student participation and evaluate their progress regularly.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members during annual functions, workshops, and special events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts / Visual Arts or equivalent.
- Prior teaching experience in an art school, academy, or workshop setup.
- Proficiency in various art forms (traditional and modern techniques).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to work with children, teens, and adult learners.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
