Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute city-level business strategies and growth plans.
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate city teams across functions.
- Monitor revenue, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and legal requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues when necessary.
- Drive customer satisfaction and service quality improvements.
