We are looking for friendly, talkative, and highly engaging individuals to join our team for our social calling app. As a Voice Chat Host, your primary role is not to sell products, but to build connections! You will be responsible for welcoming users, initiating interesting conversations, and ensuring that everyone on the app has a fun, safe, and positive experience. If you love talking to people and making new friends, this is the perfect job for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with app users in friendly, casual, and polite Malayalam conversations.
- Act as a welcoming host for new users, helping them feel comfortable on the platform.
- Keep voice chat rooms lively and active by introducing interesting conversation topics.
- Listen to users and provide a positive, empathetic, and engaging interaction.
- Monitor conversations to ensure they follow the app’s community guidelines and remain safe and respectful.
- Report any technical issues or user feedback to the management team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Language: Must have excellent conversational skills and clear pronunciation in Malayalam.
- Personality: Extroverted, friendly, patient, and a great listener with a warm voice.
- Experience: No strict experience required (Freshers are welcome!), but prior experience in RJing, podcasting, community moderation, or customer service is a bonus.
- Work Setup: Must have a quiet room to work from, a good quality smartphone/headset, and a reliable internet connection.
- Ability to maintain energy and a positive attitude during long talking sessions.
