Senior Civil Project Manager – High-Rise CPWD Project
Experience: 15+ years in high-rise / large civil construction projects
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complete execution of high-rise civil construction project as per CPWD specifications, drawings and contract conditions.
- Plan and monitor RCC, structural, architectural, finishing and external development works.
- Manage site engineers, subcontractors, vendors and manpower.
- Ensure achievement of project timelines, quality standards and cost targets.
- Coordinate with CPWD officials, consultants, architects and MEP teams.
- Monitor project schedule, BOQ quantities, billing, material requirements and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with CPWD specifications, IS Codes, safety standards and QA/QC procedures.
- Conduct progress reviews and resolve technical/site execution issues.
- Manage inspections, approvals, measurements, documentation and handing-over activities.
- Strong leadership, contractor management and decision-making skills required.
Preferred: Candidates with proven experience in CPWD / Government high-rise building projects.
Pay: From ₹125,000.00 per month
