Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, responsible, and customer-oriented Front Office Assistant to manage front desk operations and ensure excellent guest service. The candidate will work in rotational shifts including morning, evening, and night shifts based on operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide courteous front office services during night hours.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Attend phone calls, booking enquiries, and guest complaints professionally.
- Maintain daily reports, guest records, and billing details accurately.
- Monitor room availability and update the hotel management system.
- Handle cash, card payments, and billing procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel front office operations is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel software systems.
- Ability to work independently during day/ night hours.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
