Handle international sales inquiries and customer communication
Resolve complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for timely dispatch
Maintain financial and operational records
Generate MIS reports using CRM and SAP B1
Follow up on outstanding payments
Draft clear and professional business correspondence
Support day-to-day international sales operations
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
1–3 years of Sales Coordination experience (Manufacturing industry preferred)
Hands-on experience with CRM and SAP B1
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with structured working approach
