Responsibilities:
- Manage resource capacity within the Learning Solutions Team to ensure optimal allocation and
utilization of resources.
- Develop and maintain content demand forecasts to effectively plan and prioritize content
development efforts.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of tools such as Smartsheet and Microsoft SharePoint to
streamline operational processes and enhance team productivity.
- Make data-driven decisions to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze and propose solutions to address a wide range of operational challenges encountered
in day-to-day activities.
- Automate and optimize processes within Smartsheet and SharePoint to improve workflow
efficiency and accuracy.
- Utilize advanced Excel proficiency to analyze data, create reports, and develop complex models
to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology,
or a related discipline.
- 5-6 years of proven experience in operations management within the eLearning domain or
similar environments.
- Strong proficiency in tools such as Smartsheet and Microsoft SharePoint, with a demonstrated
ability to leverage these tools to drive operational improvements.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions
based on data and insights.
- Proficiency in automation and process improvement within Smartsheet and SharePoint.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including the ability to analyze data, create reports, and develop
complex models to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-based
environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to evolving business
needs.
- Performs tasks with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple work requirements
simultaneously.
