Job Responsibilities
1. Drive Business Transformation Strategy
- Develop and implement the company’s transformation roadmap.
- Identify areas for improvement across operations, sales, finance, supply chain, and customer experience.
- Align transformation initiatives with long-term business goals.
2. Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency
- Analyse current processes, identify bottlenecks, and redesign workflows.
- Implement automation, digitization, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Track and measure improvements using KPIs and dashboards.
3. Lead Change Management
- Manage organizational change with clear communication and training plans.
- Ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and practices.
- Work with department heads to reduce resistance and improve acceptance.
4. Digital Transformation
- Evaluate and implement tools such as ERP, CRM, DMS, automation, and data solutions.
- Work closely with IT/vendors to roll out systems and ensure integration.
- Promote data-driven decision-making and digital readiness.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with all departments—Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Logistics.
- Serve as a bridge between management and teams to ensure alignment.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to standardize company-wide processes.
6. Project Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor transformation projects end-to-end.
- Prepare timelines, resource requirements, and implementation plans.
- Identify risks early and implement corrective actions.
7. Performance Monitoring
- Build and manage KPI frameworks for business performance.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly review meetings and present performance reports.
- Suggest improvements based on data analysis.
8. Market, Competitor & Trend Analysis
- Study industry developments and adopt best practices.
- Provide insights on competitor strategies and market changes.
- Recommend new business models, customer segments, or product strategies.
9. Leadership Support
- Support senior management in strategic decision-making.
- Provide insights, reports, and recommendations backed by data.
- Drive key company-wide initiatives on productivity, profitability, and modernization.
10. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with external consultants, technology providers, and partners.
- Manage relationships to ensure timely and effective implementation of solutions.
11. Training & Capability Building
- Train teams on new systems, processes, and quality standards.
- Develop internal champions to sustain transformation initiatives.
12. Cost Optimization
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in operations, logistics, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Improve gross margins, operational efficiency, and overall profitability.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
