An undergraduate degree in engineering
3+ years of work experience in Digital/IT services, preferable exposure to AI strategy or related topics
Experience or strong interest in IT Services industry topics, including cost optimization, delivery productivity, operating model transformation, and technology talent strategy
Familiarity with IT Services delivery models and service lines, such as application development, application maintenance, testing, infrastructure services, cloud, cybersecurity, data/AI services, service desk
Ability to analyze IT Services business and operating metrics, such as utilization, billability, pyramid mix, bench, attrition, revenue per FTE, cost per FTE, delivery productivity, SLA adherence etc
Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; good problem-solving capabilities
Understanding of IT Services market trends, including AI-led productivity shifts, demand-supply dynamics for technology talent, global delivery models, location strategy, vendor consolidation, pricing model evolution, and automation-led disruption
Familiarity with recent technological advancements on GenAI/Agents and adaptability to work in an environment which is enabled by GenAI capabilities for day-to-day work
Familiarity with GenAI and agentic AI use cases in IT Services, such as coding copilots, automated testing, ticket triage, incident resolution, application maintenance automation, knowledge assistants
Ability to create product-focused materials/outputs, which would include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, and interactive dashboards etc.
Data foundations for AI: familiarity with data mapping, data ontologies, and graph-based data representation; ability to work with structured/unstructured data in AI contexts
Understanding of data foundations relevant to IT Services AI transformation, including process taxonomies, ticket data, delivery artifacts, skills taxonomies
