Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Distribution Management
- Territory Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors to increase market penetration.
- Secondary Sales Tracking: Monitor daily sales targets and work closely with distributors to ensure stock is moving from shelves to consumers.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong rapport with store managers and key decision-makers to secure premium shelf space and "eye-level" placement.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels to prevent "stock-outs" and manage product returns or expiry issues.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
