Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor showroom performance and improve conversion rates
- Ensure excellent customer experience and high service standards
- Handle high-value customer interactions and close premium sales
- Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to increase revenue
Marketing & Promotion
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (festive offers, wedding collections, etc.)
- Coordinate digital marketing activities (social media, Google ads, WhatsApp campaigns)
- Organize in-store promotions, events, exhibitions, and bridal shows
- Collaborate with advertising agencies and designers for branding materials
- Conduct local market research and competitor analysis
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI (High Net Worth) clients
- Develop loyalty programs and referral initiatives
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure resolution
- Encourage repeat purchases through personalized engagement
Team Leadership
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales executives
- Set performance targets and evaluate staff performance
- Ensure discipline, grooming, and adherence to showroom policies
Inventory & Operations Support
- Coordinate with inventory and purchase teams for stock availability
- Monitor slow-moving stock and suggest promotional strategies
- Ensure proper display and merchandising of jewellery collections
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation ability
- Knowledge of jewellery industry (gold, diamond, gemstone products)
- Sales forecasting and marketing strategy planning
- Customer relationship management (CRM) expertise
- Digital marketing awareness (preferred)
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 2–5+ years experience in jewellery retail sales/marketing or luxury retail
- Experience in showroom management is a plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
