- Monitor and maintain building structures, roads, pavements, drains, and other civil assets.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Inspect buildings regularly and identify repair or renovation requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams for civil works.
- Supervise waterproofing, painting, masonry, flooring, plastering, and repair works.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, material consumption, and work reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Estimate quantities, prepare BOQs, and monitor project costs.
- Address facility-related complaints and provide effective solutions.
Pay: ₹25,772.09 - ₹30,958.22 per month
