Responsibilities :Managing nursing teams, ensuring adherence to hospital protocols, supervising teaching and training activities, maintaining patient care quality standards, and coordinating with hospital administration for efficient operations.Requirements:Candidates must have an M.Sc. (Nursing) with 10 years of experience (including 2 years of teaching) OR B.Sc. (Nursing) with 15 years of experience (including 1 years of teaching). They must be well-versed in clinical administration, support functions, compliance, and quality training.
