Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to manage daily operations of our Commercial Kitchen Experience Studio. This role involves handling studio visits, coordinating workshops and events, managing client interactions, supporting digital media activities, and overseeing quotations and payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be organized, communicative, and comfortable multitasking across business, marketing, and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities1. Experience Studio Management
- Handle all walk-ins and scheduled visits at the Commercial Kitchen Experience Studio
- Provide product demonstrations and guide clients through the studio offerings
- Ensure a smooth and professional visitor experience
2. Workshops & Events Coordination
- Plan, schedule, and manage workshops, demos, and events
- Handle end-to-end booking processes including confirmations and logistics
- Follow up with participants before and after events
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for execution
3. Business Development Support
- Assist in lead generation and client engagement activities
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and nurture new prospects
- Track inquiries and conversions from studio visits and events
4. Digital Media Management
- Create and post basic content (photos, updates, stories) on social media platforms
- Ensure regular activity and engagement on digital channels
- Coordinate with marketing team for content ideas and campaigns
5. Quotations & Payments Coordination
- Prepare and share quotations with clients
- Follow up for approvals, purchase orders, and payments
- Maintain records of transactions and update internal systems
6. Administrative & Reporting Tasks
- Maintain records of studio visits, event participation, and client interactions
- Prepare reports on event outcomes, leads, and conversions
- Ensure proper documentation and filing
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Attention to detail and follow-up discipline
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in event coordination or customer-facing roles
- Interest in culinary, kitchen equipment, or hospitality industry (a plus)
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
Salary:
Based on experience (Range: Rs 15,000- Rs 30,000)
Working Hours:
10 AM – 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)
