Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and patient-centric Staff Nurse to join our team at Adgro Skin and Hair Clinic. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality clinical assistance, managing patient care, and supporting our dermatologists during advanced skin, laser, and hair transplant procedures. The ideal candidate will blend clinical expertise with a warm, welcoming demeanor to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities1. Clinical Assistance & Procedure Support
- Assist dermatologists and trichologists during clinical examinations, consultations, and advanced cosmetic procedures (e.g., chemical peels, PRP therapy, laser treatments, and microdermabrasion).
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterile fields, and specialized equipment prior to procedures.
- Administer local anesthesia or topical numbing creams as directed by the physician.
- Monitor patient vitals and comfort levels during treatments.
2. Patient Care & Education
- Welcome patients, conduct initial intakes, and document accurate medical histories, skin/hair concerns, and allergies.
- Provide clear, empathetic pre-procedure and post-procedure care instructions to patients.
- Answer patient queries regarding treatment timelines, expected downtime, and skincare routines.
- Follow up with patients post-treatment to monitor recovery and ensure satisfaction.
3. Clinic Operations & Hygiene
- Maintain strict sterilization, sanitization, and infection control protocols across all treatment rooms and equipment.
- Manage inventory of clinical supplies, serums, medicines, and consumables; flag low stock for reordering.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and treatment logs while ensuring patient confidentiality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registration: Valid registration with the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council.
- Experience: 0–3 years of nursing experience. Experience in a dermatology, cosmetology, or plastic surgery clinic is preferred, but passionate freshers are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
