Job Title: Front Office Executive
Location: Hotel Palmyra Grand Inn, Kochi
Eligibility:
- Freshers or experienced candidates
- Plus Two or Hotel Management preferred (other graduates may also apply)
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalam and Hindi are an advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle room reservations through phone and online booking platforms.
- Answer guest inquiries and resolve complaints politely.
- Maintain front office records and daily reports.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
- Process guest payments and prepare bills.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, room rates, and local attractions.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
