Job Summary
Pariinfra Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced ADP Foreman to supervise and manage the production activities of Air Distribution Products such as Grills, Diffusers, Dampers, Louvers, Access Doors, Volume Control Dampers (VCD), Fire Dampers, and related HVAC products. The candidate should have strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, manpower handling, quality control, and production planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production activities of Air Distribution Products (ADP).
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production schedule.
- Monitor fabrication, assembly, finishing, powder coating, and packing activities.
- Handle shop-floor manpower and allocate work effectively.
- Ensure product quality as per approved specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Store departments.
- Monitor material consumption and reduce wastage.
- Ensure proper utilization of machines, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain daily production reports and work progress records.
- Implement safety practices and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Air Distribution Products (ADP).
- Experience in manufacturing Grills, Diffusers, Dampers, Louvers, and related HVAC products.
- Ability to handle production manpower and shop-floor activities.
- Knowledge of fabrication, assembly, finishing, and quality control processes.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in HVAC Manufacturing Industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of ADP production processes and quality standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
