Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Technical Trainer to deliver industry-relevant training in programming, data structures, and problem-solving. The role involves preparing students for technical interviews, coding assessments, and real-world application development with a strong focus on placement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training in programming languages (Java / Python / C++)
- Teach Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) with problem-solving approach
- Conduct coding sessions, hands-on labs, and real-time practice exercises
- Design assignments, coding tests, and project-based learning modules
- Guide students on coding platforms and interview preparation
- Conduct mock technical interviews and coding assessments
- Provide individual mentoring and feedback on coding performance
- Maintain training documentation, reports, and progress tracking
- Collaborate with content teams to update curriculum as per industry trends
Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Java / Python / C++)
- Solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
- Strong coding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain concepts with real-time examples
- Knowledge of DBMS, SQL, and basic system design (added advantage)
- Good communication and teaching ability
- Hands-on approach to training and mentoring
Important:
- Open to travel for training across colleges (Pan India)
- Comfortable with both online and offline training delivery
- Willingness to take ownership of technical batches and outcomes
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
