We are looking for a high-impact Manager – Product Owner to lead end-to-end customer journey design and delivery across digital and backend platforms. This role will drive seamless, intelligent, and scalable customer experiences spanning customer-facing interfaces (web/app) to core backend systems (workflow, servicing platforms and basic of policy admin as well).
The ideal candidate is a customer-obsessed, data-driven product thinker with a strong grasp of Agile execution, system integrations, and emerging AI/GenAI capabilities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Own end-to-end customer journeys across lifecycle stages (servicing, renewals).
Translate business goals into product roadmaps, user stories, and execution plans
Bridge frontend experience with backend workflows, ensuring seamless integration across systems
Drive Agile delivery: backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment
Identify opportunities to embed AI/GenAI capabilities into customer journeys and operations
Collaborate with engineering, UX, business, operations, and data teams for execution
Improve customer experience and operational efficiency through continuous optimization
Define and track KPIs, performance metrics, and product adoption
Ensure compliance, data security, and governance standards in product design
Product & Domain Skills
Strong understanding of digital product lifecycle and Agile/Scrum
Experience in customer journey mapping and service design
Knowledge of insurance/BFSI processes (policy issuance, servicing, claims preferred)
Ability to manage complex, cross-system integrations
AI / GenAI & Data Orientation
Understanding of
AI/ML & Generative AI use cases in insurance:
Chatbots & conversational journeys
Personalization & recommendations
Familiarity with:
AI-driven automation (OCR, NLP, workflow optimization)
Data analytics & experimentation (A/B testing, insights-driven decision-making)
Ability to work with data science/AI teams to define use cases and success metrics
Awareness of responsible AI principles, data privacy, and model performance
Stakeholder & Leadership Skills
Strong stakeholder management across tech, business, and operations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to drive alignment and ownership in cross-functional teams
Execution-focused mindset with attention to detail and impact
3–4 years of experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst / Digital Product Manager
Experience in Insurance / BFSI / FinTech / Digital-first organizations
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA in related field
Hands-on experience working in Agile delivery environments
Exposure to AI/GenAI implementations in products or operations
Experience with workflow/BPM systems and integration with policy admin platforms
Certifications in Agile/Scrum/Product Management
Exposure to customer experience (CX) transformation initiatives
Product & Agile: JIRA, Confluence
Integration: APIs, microservices-based architectures
Workflow: BPM/workflow tools
Analytics: Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar tools
AI/Automation (good to have): AI platforms, NLP/OCR tools, conversational AI tools
