We are looking to hire a knowledgeable and dedicated Computer Network and Hardware Specialist to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems, network infrastructure, and related hardware. You will support day-to-day IT operations, ensure network reliability, and provide technical support to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and networking issues
- Set up workstations, printers, routers, and other peripherals
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems
- Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures
- Maintain inventory of hardware components and IT equipment
- Provide support and basic training to users as needed
- Follow company policies and IT security procedures
- Collaborate with other IT staff for system improvements and troubleshooting
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate or diploma holder in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, network systems, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and system configuration
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Should know basic English (verbal and written)
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
