We are looking for an experienced SAP ERP Implementation & Training Specialist to coordinate SAP ERP implementation activities, work closely with the SAP Implementation Partner, and drive successful user adoption across the organization.

Job Description : Coordinate with the SAP Implementation Partner for end-to-end SAP ERP implementation. Gather business requirements and support implementation, testing, and go-live activities. Conduct employee training sessions on SAP ERP processes and functionalities. Prepare user guides, SOPs, training materials, and process documentation. Handle user queries and provide timely issue resolution. Support UAT, maintain project documentation, and prepare MOMs. Ensure smooth post-implementation support and user adoption. Collaborate with business teams to improve process efficiency and system utilization. Requirements 5+ years of experience in SAP ERP Implementation. Hands-on experience in SAP ERP, SAP ECP, and SAP HANA. Experience working with SAP Implementation Partners, Experience in employee training and change management, Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, Strong problem-solving and query-handling abilities.
