Job Title: Sales Manager - Institutional Sales
Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad
CTC: Upto Rs. 7 lacs LPA + Bonus (Gross)
Experience: 5 to 7 years of institutional sales experience in edible oil industry
Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead institutional sales of refined cottonseed, soybean, and sunflower oil. The role involves developing B2B channels, acquiring large institutional clients, and driving volume growth across HoReCa, food processors, and bulk buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand institutional sales for refined edible oils (cottonseed, soybean, sunflower)
- Identify and onboard bulk buyers: HoReCa, FMCG manufacturers, food processors, and distributors
- Manage key accounts and build long-term business relationships
- Drive monthly/quarterly volume targets and revenue growth
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms with clients
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for seamless order execution
- Track market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns
- Ensure timely collections and credit control
Key Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B/institutional sales (preferably edible oil or agri-commodities)
- Strong network in HoReCa, food processing, or bulk commodity buyers
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good understanding of edible oil market dynamics and pricing
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
