Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle inbound customer calls and provide support for banking products and services. The role involves resolving customer queries, addressing concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding banking products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, loans, credit cards, debit cards, internet banking, and mobile banking services.
- Provide accurate and timely information about banking procedures, transactions, and policies.
- Assist customers with account-related issues and service requests.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, company policies, and data security standards.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Meet performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, call quality, and response time targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and financial services is an advantage.
