Position: Estimation Engineer

Qualification : Diploma in civil engineering / Architecture
Job location Head office Kalpetta, Wayanad
Reports to: General Manager – Operations / Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drawing & Scope Review
- Study architectural, interior, furniture, MEP and other relevant drawings.
- Understand client requirements, specifications, finishes and scope of work.
- Identify missing information, discrepancies and exclusions before estimation.
2. Quantity Take-Off
- Prepare accurate quantities from drawings and site measurements.
- Calculate quantities for:
- Modular furniture
- Wardrobes
- Kitchens
- TV units
- Doors and partitions
- False ceilings
- Wall paneling
- Flooring
- Painting
- Electrical and lighting
- Glass and aluminum works
- Hardware and accessories
3. BOQ Preparation
- Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) with item descriptions, specifications, quantities and units.
- Ensure BOQ matches the latest approved drawings and scope.
4. Costing
- Calculate material, labour, hardware, production, transportation and installation costs.
- Obtain current material rates from procurement and approved vendors.
- Prepare project-wise cost sheets and maintain standard rate databases.
5. Quotation Preparation
- Prepare accurate client quotations based on approved BOQ and costing.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
