We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Tool Room Manager to oversee tool room operations, manage tooling requirements, and ensure timely maintenance, repair, and availability of tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and molds for production activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day tool room operations efficiently.
- Plan, organize, and supervise tool manufacturing, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Ensure availability of tools, dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures for uninterrupted production.
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all tooling equipment.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering departments regarding tooling requirements.
- Maintain tool inventory and control tooling costs.
- Analyze tooling failures and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation and records of tool maintenance and modifications.
- Lead and train tool room technicians and operators.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
