Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective customers/students through phone calls.
- Explain the company's courses, services, and offers.
- Generate and qualify leads from inquiries and databases.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert them into admissions/sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments or counseling sessions for interested prospects.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with the admissions/sales team to ensure smooth lead management.
- Prepare daily call reports and update CRM or lead management systems.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil is an added advantage).
Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Salary: As per company standards + attractive incentives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
