About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced AI & Machine Learning Trainer to join our training team in Velachery, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Python programming, and Data Science concepts. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training programs to students, fresh graduates, and working professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
- Teach Python programming for AI and ML applications.
- Deliver training on:
- Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals

- Supervised & Unsupervised Learning
- Deep Learning Basics
- Neural Networks
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Computer Vision Fundamentals

- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Data Analytics & Visualization
- Model Evaluation & Optimization
- Train students using industry-standard tools and libraries:
- Python
- NumPy
- Pandas
- Matplotlib
- Scikit-learn
- TensorFlow
- Keras
- OpenCV
- Jupyter Notebook
- Conduct hands-on labs, workshops, and real-world AI/ML projects.
- Create course content, assignments, assessments, and project documentation.
- Guide students in developing capstone projects and portfolios.
- Evaluate student performance and provide technical mentorship.
- Assist students with interview preparation, resume building, and career guidance.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Python programming.
- Good understanding of Data Science and Statistical concepts.
- Experience with Machine Learning frameworks and libraries.
- Knowledge of Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI concepts.
- Familiarity with SQL, data preprocessing, and data visualization techniques.
- Understanding of model deployment and MLOps concepts is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts through practical examples and real-world applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or Technical Trainer.
- Prior teaching or corporate training experience is preferred.
- Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Python, or Cloud AI platforms are an added advantage.
