What You Will Do
- We are looking for an Executive -People & Culture to support HR operations and people initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including talent management, employee engagement, HR analytics, and business partnering activities.
- Assist HRBPs in supporting business units on HR initiatives and employee-related matters.
- Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs, surveys, and events.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Conduct HR research and benchmarking on policies, market trends, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
What You Will Bring
- Completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources.
- Strong interest in HR Business Partnering and people management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
