Job Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural working drawings and design documentation.
- Develop residential, commercial, hospitality, and government projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Create 3D models and high-quality renderings.
- Handle design development and project execution independently.
Required Skills
- Experience in architecture and interior projects.
- Knowledge of government project DPRs is an advantage.
- Strong design and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Software Skills
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Revit
- Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray
- Photoshop
