Experience: 10+ years
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of senior managers and juniors
- Responsible for leading multiple client programs, budgets, timelines, and plans
- Strategising to create tactical plans, and ensuring timely delivery to help brand achieve their business and communication objective
- Closely work with clients to understand briefs and requirements
- Create strategies that align with requirements, their long and short term goals
- Ensure high-quality content creation by the team
- Ensure plans, documents and content created by the team are approved by the client and manage end-to-end execution of the same
- Conceptualise IPs to strengthen communications outreach
- Plan and lead on-ground events, including press conferences, influencer activities as per need
- Pre-empt crisis and prepare necessary communications, reports, etc.
- Manage all client co-ordination and ensure all reporting
Requirements:
- Graduate in Mass Media / PR / Communications
- Strong writing, editing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take decisions independently and work closely with clients to understand their briefs
