Key Responsibilities:
- Operate slitting machines to cut printed or laminated rolls into specified sizes.
- Set up machine parameters including knife positioning, tension control, and alignment.
- Read and understand job orders, production schedules, and specifications.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during operation.
- Minimize wastage and ensure optimal material utilization.
- Maintain production records and report daily output.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic machine issues and coordinate with maintenance when required.
- Ensure proper labeling, packing, and stacking of finished rolls.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.
