Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, and other financial products.
- Identify and approach potential customers through calling, field visits, references, and personal networks.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
- Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, documentation, and repayment terms to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful loan applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams for document collection, verification, and loan processing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
