Job Title: Spares Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Spares Executive to manage spare parts inventory, ensure timely availability of parts for service requirements, and support sales of spare parts to customers. The ideal candidate should have good inventory management skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of stock control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability for service and repair requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Record and track inward and outward movement of spare parts accurately.
- Maintain proper documentation of warranty claims, replaced parts, and defective components.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely supply of required spare parts.
- Handle spare parts sales and assist customers with parts inquiries and orders.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and spare parts-related reports.
- Support promotional activities and initiatives to increase spare parts sales.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, workshops, and fleet operators.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and housekeeping of spare parts inventory.
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in spare parts, inventory, warehouse, or automotive operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
