About the Role
Ocena Smart Solutions is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern to support our marketing initiatives and help build our digital presence. This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, social media, branding, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms.
- Design engaging posts, reels, stories, and marketing creatives.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Write compelling captions, social media content, and promotional material.
- Monitor engagement and interact with online audiences.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Support lead generation and brand awareness activities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Good communication and content-writing skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, or YouTube pages.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, or content marketing.
- Video shooting and editing skills will be an advantage.
