WEBSTEP is an 11+ year old IT services company with a strong delivery footprint across IIMs, IITs, PSUs, and Government bodies in India. We are now aggressively expanding into international markets and seeking a seasoned Salesforce sales professional to lead this charge.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Sales Specialist with a proven ability to close international deals for Salesforce implementation, customization, and managed services. Salary is no bar for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end Salesforce sales — prospecting, pitching, proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Build and grow a pipeline of international clients requiring Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom Salesforce solutions
- Engage directly with CXOs, IT Heads, and business decision-makers in global markets
- Work closely with WEBSTEP's Salesforce delivery team to craft technically sound, competitive proposals
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets
Required Experience & Skills
- 7–10 years in IT services sales, with a focused track record in Salesforce
- Proven experience closing Salesforce deals in US, UK, or Middle East markets
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem — products, licensing, implementation cycles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
Good to Have
- Existing Salesforce client network in international markets
- Familiarity with Salesforce Partner ecosystem and co-selling models
- Prior experience at a Salesforce consulting or implementation partner firm
