Zepfly Studio is hiring a smart, confident, and energetic Lead Generation Executive who can generate business leads through cold calling, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and direct outreach.
We are looking for someone who knows how to start conversations, build connections, and bring real business opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Cold calling potential clients
- Generate leads through:
- Instagram DMs
- Facebook outreach
- WhatsApp marketing
- Calling & follow-ups
- Find and connect with business owners and decision makers
- Pitch Zepfly Studio’s services confidently
- Maintain lead sheets and follow-up records
- Convert interested prospects into meetings/leads for the sales team
- Build daily outreach systems and improve response rates
Who We’re Looking For
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Confident while talking on calls
✔ Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
✔ Basic understanding of social media platforms
✔ Self-motivated and target-driven
✔ Can speak Hindi and basic English professionally
✔ Experience in lead generation/sales is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Instagram & Facebook outreach experience
- WhatsApp marketing knowledge
- Telecalling or sales experience
- CRM or lead tracking basics
- Ability to convince and build rapport quickly
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
