Position: Architect
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent design skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Create architectural designs, drawings, and 3D models.
Develop project plans based on client requirements and budgets.
Prepare construction documents and technical specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Ensure designs comply with building codes and safety regulations.
Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
Present design concepts and proposals to clients.
Review and approve construction materials and design changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design software.
Strong creativity, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and project management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
Freshers or experienced architects can apply (experience requirements can be adjusted based on the role).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
