We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the skills and knowledge of our sales force, ensuring they are equipped with the strategies and tools needed to exceed targets. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a proven track record in sales and a passion for mentoring others.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Training: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing sales staff.
- Curriculum Development: Create educational material including playbooks, slide decks, and role-playing scenarios focused on closing techniques and lead generation.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct regular skills gap analyses to identify areas for improvement within the sales team.
- Mentorship: Provide one-on-one coaching and "ride-along" support to help team members refine their pitch and negotiation skills.
- Strategy Integration: Collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure training aligns with current business goals and market trends.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a sales role or a dedicated sales training position.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, any Graduation
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and presentation tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to tailor training styles to different learning personalities and professional levels.

- Experience in designing e-learning modules or digital workshops.
