Social Media Manager / Content Creator Intern

We already have a solid offline market. Now we’re going hard online — and we need someone who lives and breathes content to help us create a real digital banger.
This is not a “post 3 times a week and check analytics” role.
This is for someone who wakes up with content ideas, creates even when no one is paying them, and gets genuine excitement from turning ordinary things into scroll-stopping posts.
What You’ll Own
- Generate a constant stream of fresh content ideas (daily, not weekly)
- Create high-volume, high-quality content (Reels, carousels, stories, short-form video) for Instagram and other platforms
- Experiment with hooks, trends, formats, and storytelling
- Turn our offline strength into online heat and engagement
- Build and improve a content system that can scale
- Track what works and double down fast
- Work directly with founders — your ideas will actually get used
Who This Role Is For
Must-haves:
- You create content for fun / passion (personal accounts, side projects, or previous work count)
- Strong creative instincts and a constant flow of ideas
- Comfortable creating short-form video and visual content
- Hungry to own something and build it from the ground up
- Reliable, fast learner, and proactive
Nice-to-haves:
- Basic editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Premiere, etc.)
- Understanding of Instagram / Reels algorithms and trends
- Any previous social media or content experience (even personal brands)
