Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel.
- Generate and maintain MIS reports and administrative records.
- Coordinate with employees and departments for requirements.
- Draft, send, and manage professional email communications.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
- Assist management with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.
- Support smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to fire audits and inspections.
Required Skills
- Proficient in MS Excel (data entry, formulas, report preparation).
- Proficient in MS Word (document drafting and formatting).
- Must have good email drafting and handling skills.
- Strong communication and employee coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Administration, Back Office, or Office Coordination.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
