We have required A Spoken English Instructor or Spoken English Trainer who have responsible for teaching individuals how to effectively communicate in English, with a focus on verbal skills for our students. and improving students' ability to speak confidently, clearly, and fluently in English, which is essential for both personal and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting Classes: Plan and deliver engaging lessons to students focusing on spoken English, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills.
- Assessing Student Progress: Regularly evaluate students' speaking abilities through tests, quizzes, and oral presentations. Provide constructive feedback and guidance.
- Creating Learning Materials: Design and prepare interactive lessons, exercises, and activities that make learning English fun and effective.
- One-on-One Sessions: Offer personalized coaching for students who may need additional support or have specific language learning goals.
- Promoting Confidence in Speaking: Encourage students to participate in group discussions, debates, and role-playing activities to build their confidence in speaking.
- Maintaining Student Records: Track attendance, monitor progress, and provide reports to students or management regarding their improvements.
- Providing Feedback: Offer personalized feedback to students on areas of improvement and guide them to practice independently.
