Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is executed as per project plans and drawings
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies at the site
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain standards
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering support
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently
- Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and budget constraints
- Maintain proper documentation of project activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (as applicable)
- 2–5 years of experience in project execution or site supervision
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply (optional)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
