Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, analytical, and responsible Investigation & Verification Executive to conduct background verification and internal investigations related to sales associates and employees. The candidate will be responsible for verifying employee activities, checking professional conduct, reviewing social media presence, validating employment status, and ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct background verification of sales associates and employees.
- Verify employee details, work history, and professional activities.
- Monitor and investigate cases related to policy violations or suspicious activities.
- Review social media activities and public profiles for compliance-related concerns.
- Check whether employees are associated or working with any other company simultaneously.
- Maintain proper investigation reports and verification records.
- Coordinate with management regarding investigation findings and observations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
