Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for a Senior Architect, located in Nagpur. The passionate Architects will create conceptual, working and municipal drawings, and work collaboratively with the architecture team to deliver high-quality projects.
Qualifications
- Earlier experience with architectural practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Architectural Design skills including designing, detailing, knowledge of all working drawings of the projects like Apartment schemes, Bunglow, etc.
- Software skills including proficiency with CAD software.
- Integration skills to ensure that architecture, structural, MEP and construction elements work together seamlessly.
- The ability to manage timelines.
- Strong communication and team lead and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to complete the projects.
- Familiarity with building Byelaws and regulations in India. Handling BPMS drawing is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience.
