Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition campaigns and support organic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in performance marketing and a good working knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Manage budgets, track KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate), and drive lead/customer acquisition.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize landing pages and campaign performance.
- Monitor and report on campaign results using GA4, GTM, and other analytics tools.
- Support SEO efforts through keyword research, content optimization, and coordination with content/development teams.
- Identify growth opportunities across paid and organic channels.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and campaign analytics.
- Good understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and on-page SEO.
- Analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
- Preferred
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
- Knowledge of CRO and marketing automation tools.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
