Experience: 2–5 years in manufacturing/chemical/FRP industry
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Engineering + Diploma in Industrial Safety (DIS) preferredEmployment: Full-timeKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with Factories Act, Maharashtra Factory Rules and applicable EHS requirements.
Conduct daily safety inspections of production, stores, maintenance and utility areas
.Identify unsafe acts/conditions and ensure corrective action
.Prepare and maintain risk assessments, JSA/JHA and SOPs
.Conduct toolbox talks and regular safety training for employees and contract workers.
Monitor PPE compliance and maintain PPE records.
Handle fire safety, emergency preparedness and mock drills.
Inspect fire extinguishers, hydrants, emergency exits and other safety equipment.
Ensure safe handling, storage and labeling of resins, chemicals and hazardous materials.
Monitor machine guarding, electrical safety, lifting equipment and work-at-height safety.
Investigate accidents, near misses and incidents and prepare reports.
Maintain statutory safety records and support factory inspections/audits.
Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to eliminate safety hazards.
Manage contractor safety and ensure proper safety induction before deployment.
Support 5S, Kaizen and workplace safety improvement initiatives.
Prepare monthly safety reports, MIS and safety performance indicators.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
