Job Title : Customer Relation Manager
key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and project updates.
- Maintain customer records and prepare reports.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in achieving customer satisfaction and business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, CRM, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
