Expectation What you will do:
1. Develop and maintain AL extensions for Business Central: custom pages, reports, tables, code units, and event subscribers
2. Investigate and fix functional defects in areas like pricing, cash discounts, and posting routines — including root-cause analysis, not just patches
3. Build and maintain operational and audit reports (RDLC/Word layouts, Excel-based reports, and APIs feeding Power BI)
4. Design and enforce user permissions and access controls across roles, locations, and sensitive fields
5. Work with our implementation partner on larger projects — reviewing their code, estimates, and change requests
6.. Document customizations and train key users on new functionality
What we are looking for:
Must have:
1. 3+ years developing on Business Central (AL) or Dynamics NAV (C/AL) with a clear track record of shipped customizations
2. Strong AL skills: table and page extensions, report development, event-driven design, API pages/OData
3. Experience with VS Code, Git, and per-tenant extension deployment on BC SaaS or on-prem
4. Ability to talk to non-technical users, understand a business problem, and translate it into a technical solution
Good to have:
Manufacturing or FMCG/distribution industry experience
Power Platform experience (Power BI, Power Automate)
SQL skills for data analysis and migration work
Experience working alongside or auditing an implementation partner
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
