Job Description
SIMMFA is looking for passionate and skilled Music Instrument Faculty to join our growing music academy. The ideal candidate should be capable of teaching students across different age groups and skill levels while creating an engaging and inspiring learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach instrumental music classes to students (individual and group sessions).
- Prepare structured lesson plans based on the student’s level and syllabus.
- Train students for graded music examinations, performances, and recitals.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage musical creativity and discipline in students.
- Support academy events, workshops, and student showcases.
Instruments (Any of the following)
- Keyboard / Piano
- Guitar (Acoustic / Electric / Bass)
- Drums
- Violin
- Other Western instruments
Minimum Qualification
- Grade 3 or above certification from Rock School London OR Trinity College London.
Experience
- Prior teaching experience in music institutions or academies preferred.
- Freshers with strong musical skills and certification may also apply.
Skills Required
- Strong instrumental and theoretical knowledge.
- Good communication and teaching ability.
- Ability to work with children and adults.
- Passion for music education and student development.
Salary
₹20,000 – 35,000 per month (based on experience, qualification, and class schedule).
