About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Executive who can regularly visit outdoor advertising locations to monitor hoardings, verify measurements, check their condition, and document them through photos and videos.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit hoarding locations and conduct physical inspections.
- Check the condition, visibility, cleanliness, and overall appearance of hoardings.
- Verify and record hoarding measurements and dimensions.
- Take clear photos and videos of hoardings during every visit.
- Report any damage, maintenance issues, visibility concerns, or other discrepancies.
- Maintain a regular hoarding inspection tracker/report.
- Coordinate with vendors/agency teams regarding maintenance and required corrections.
- Ensure all hoardings are installed and maintained as per the approved specifications.
- Share timely updates and field reports with the marketing team.
- Travel to different locations as required for regular site checks.
Requirements
- Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.
- Good observation and basic measurement skills.
- Able to use a smartphone to capture good-quality photos and videos.
- Basic knowledge of Google Maps, WhatsApp, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be an added advantage.
Ideal Candidate
Someone who is comfortable working on the ground, enjoys field visits, has good attention to detail, and can independently inspect, measure, photograph, and report the status of outdoor hoardings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
